Fan Merch Policy!
I've gotten some inquiries from players about whether or not they're allowed to create and sell their own merch based on the game. After doing a little research into how other games handle this and thinking about what feels best for Wobbledogs, here are the guidelines I've come up with:

- Making and selling limited, hand-made fan merchandise based off of Wobbledogs is generally allowed, even without explicit written permission by me. You are not allowed
to mass-produce or mass-distribute merchandise unless I have explicitly given you written permission to do so.
- You may only sell fan merch directly. This means that putting designs up on made-to-order sites such as Redbubble or Society6 is not allowed.
- Once official Wobbledogs merch exists, you may not make or sell anything significantly similar to it.
- You must make sure it's clear that your merchandise is not in any way officially associated with Wobbledogs.
- Do not use any official art or logos from Wobbledogs in your designs.
- You may not sell any Wobbledogs-inspired merch that promotes values that run counter to the spirit of the game. This means nothing offensive, inappropriate, adult-oriented, or otherwise in poor taste.
- I reserve the right to request the removal of any merch at any time for any reason. This policy may update at any time for any reason.
